When it comes to making sure that you and your family have a safe, sturdy, and reliable home for years to come, the inspectors at SPS Inspections leave nothing to the imagination. Our single-family residential home inspections are so comprehensive, we only allow our inspectors to perform one home inspection a day so that proper attention can be given to the inspection as well as the report, as many deficient items tend to be found while looking back through inspection photos.
In the real estate and home inspection industry in Washington, it is not uncommon for larger home inspection companies to require their employees to be available for up to three or four inspections, in a single day! As well as being available for inspections “up to” seven days a week. So many home inspectors don’t take the time they need to provide their clients with the best home inspection possible, and simply settle for “getting the job done.”

If the house you are looking to have inspected comprises more than just a single residence, this would be considered a multi-family home inspection.
Not all home inspectors or inspection companies provide multifamily inspection services, but as we do a lot of home inspection work with real estate investor throughout Washington, which usually includes more multifamily properties than single-family houses, and so we also provide these multi-family inspection services to the rest of the community as well. SPS Inspections will perform home inspection services on multifamily properties up to five units.
Townhomes are considered multifamily property when they are made up of two individual residences located within the same building structure.
Duplexes and triplexes are also multi-family residences and consist of two separate homes in one building and three separate homes in a building, respectively.
Last on this list is the aptly named quadplex! And yes, a quadplex has four separate residences all under the same roof. Anything higher than this would technically be considered a small apartment complex or commercial building. If you are in need of quality home inspection service, look no further than SPS Inspections – Where community means family!
